Take a bowl add wheat flour, rice flour, salt, 1 teaspoon oil mix well then add water to make a soft dough and rest it for 15minutes
Now in another bowl, take chopped onions, poha, chilli powder, cumin powder, chopped green chillis, coriander, chat masala mixes well
In a small bowl add 1Tbsp of maida mix with some water and make a moderate paste keep aside
Now take the dough roll like a thin sheet
Now slightly cook the rolled sheets on both sides on a hot tawa/pan, preferably Non stick
Once chapaties are ready, cut them into a long strip
Now apply maida paste one side of the sheet, make a cone stuff the mixture in the center then seal the edges
In a pan add oil to deep fry, first half fry and remove then after 5minutes fry again till golden color
